I am a final-year PhD student researching food and cultural history in Britain from 1954 to present day. I have also developed an interest in sustainability through this work, and now, I am looking to continue developing myself in the administration services within Higher Education. â€‹

In my spare time, I like to continue doing what I enjoy most about my PhD - writing! When not waxing poetic, however, I can be found hiking the British countryside or baking up something new.
