About

I am a second-year PhD student researching food and cultural history in Britain from 1954 to present day. I have also developed an interest in food policy through this work.

During my MA, I examined the role of food in American propaganda posters during World War II. I also presented a cross-cultural history of my favourite drink, the boba tea.
